All our campervans are supplied with a habitation check, gas certificate and exclusive Live Slow Campers 6 month service check.

How to commission a campervan conversion with us:

SWB (Vauxhall Vivaro)              £19,500

MWB (Renault Master)             £27,500

LWB (Mercedes Sprinter)         £32,500

    2. Secure your build slot 

 

We will take a non refundable* £2500 deposit to secure your build slot in our diary.

 

    3. Design consultation 

 

We will take you through our consultation process to ensure we fully understand your vision, style and vanlife plans in order to offer a complete package giving you confidence in your choices.

 

This includes:

 

Consultation emails 

2 x 60 min zoom calls

Workshop visit if feasible

Bespoke design pack and final costing

 

     4. First Payment

 

We require 75% of the total build cost 21 days before the start date of your build, we will start purchasing all the parts and equipment ready for when your vehicle arrives with us. 

 

     5. Work Begins

 

We will agree on a delivery date for your vehicle, alternatively we can collect your vehicle for a small fee depending on location. 

 

Typically our build process is:

 

Micro (eg Nissan NV200)        12 weeks

SWB (Vauxhall Vivaro)              12 weeks

MWB (Renault Master)             16 weeks

LWB (Mercedes Sprinter)         18 weeks

 

All our builds are completely bespoke so depending on your design and the level of detail in your build these times may vary. In order to ensure the highest finish we will never rush our work and will always put the quality, functionality and safety of your build above everything else. These estimated build times also include a 2 week testing period to ensure every aspect of the build is fully checked and rigorously tested, we also arrange the habitation check, gas safety check and vehicle weight report during this time. 
 

     6. Collection

 

Once your campervan is built we will get in touch to arrange a collection date which will include a full handover with refreshments at our workshop in North Yorkshire. Here we plan a full day for this so you can take as long as you need to get fully up to speed with your new campervan. You will also receive a handover pack and detailed user manual for your campervan to help you in the first fews weeks of ownership. 

 

The final balance of 25% (less your £2500 deposit) is to be paid upon collection.
